Is this site secure? 

Yes.  We guarantee that every transaction you make is 100% safe and all of your information is confidential. Please be sure the name and address provided in the billing area matches the information as it appears on your credit card statement.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Local sales tax will be charged in Minnesota. International customers will be responsible for tariffs and duties from their respective country.

What is the Signature Tumbler lifetime guarantee?

We guarantee your tumbler for a lifetime against any manufacturing defects.  If your tumbler does not stay sealed, send it back for a replacement of the same style with the same or similar decoration. Please be advised that you will be responsible for getting the tumbler to us.  We however, will take care of all shipping costs in returning your new tumbler to you.  (Must live within the continental us.)

What do I do if I need to send in a glass for replacement?

In a box pack: the damaged tumbler.

Please include your information: name, daytime phone number, email address, return address.

How long will it take to receive my new tumbler?

Our typical ship time is 4-5 weeks plus shipping.

What if you no longer stock the emblem or wrap in my defective tumbler?

Whenever possible we will replace your item with a similar wrap or emblem. If a close substitution is not possible, we will replace your tumbler with a clear tumbler of the same style.  While we can not promise availability, if you include a request we will do our best to comply. 

What if signature no longer makes the tumbler style you need replaced?

We will replace your tumbler with the most similar tumbler style. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International orders are shipped via UPS standard to sixty countries (Including Canada and Mexico), and are charged according to UPS published rates from Minnetonka, MN USA. Packages usually take only 4-6 business days to ship. You will be responsible for import taxes and duties in addition to your order and shipping charges once you receive your order.

What are the shipping rates?

The published UPS ground rates from Minnetonka, MN  (each tumbler weighs about one pound.) UPS does not deliver to post office box addresses.

What if I ordered the wrong tumbler?

Mistakes happen, and we want to make correcting these mistakes as easy as possible.  Any new & undamaged stock items can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Please be sure to repack the item in its original poly bags. (Sorry, but we can not offer exchanges for any custom products.)  Don’t forget to include a note letting us know what product(s) you want instead. Please be advised that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs to us.   Once your return has been received by Collegiate Tumbler, it will be exchanged and shipped back to you at our cost. Because each tumbler is made to order, all transactions are final, sorry but there are no refunds. 

Exchange policy - how do I return an item?

Damaged merchandise may be returned at any time.  Please see the lifetime guarantee for details.
